SKATE CLINIC SCHEDULE 2010The clinics deal with specific maneuvers that the new or returning adult skater finds problematic. They are, Heel-Brake stops, Parallel Turns and Coping with Kerbs in preparation for street skating. Dates for your diary listed below. We do not skate in very high winds or if it is raining heavily. Always check the clinic is running and the venue has not changed before travelling. Remember you must book first, these are not drop in sessions. To keep the clinic focused the numbers are limited to a maximum of 6 and a minimum of 4 skaters to avoid cancellation. The cost of each clinic is £5 (per skater) payable on the day. (skate hire +£3) You can book any clinic to-day by email.

This is the meeting point at Silverknowes When you arrive look out for a dark blue Berlingo van with skate graphics on the rear windows.
GLASGOW SKATE CLINICS
This is the meeting point at Bellahouton Park and Glasgow Green. When you arrive look out for a dark blue Berlingo van with skate graphics on the rear windows. Don't forget skating is a balancing activity. Wear your safety pads and a helmet at all times, you have a duty of care to yourself as well as to others. Please slow down when skating close to pedestrians, we should always be known for our considerate behaviour. |
